By end-September, the fund had released P111.29 billion in housing loans and P88.64 billion in short-term loans, while its total assets reached P1.338 trillion as of end-August. For OFW members paying into or borrowing from Pag-IBIG, this financial strength underpins the fund's continued capacity to offer affordable housing loans. According to BusinessWorld Online, the results reflect steady fund performance heading into the final quarter.

The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development in Bicol (DHSUD-5) kicked off a two-day housing fair at Pacific Mall in Legazpi City, bringing government housing programs and financing options directly to the public. Pag-IBIG's 4PH program is offering a promotional 3% annual interest rate to qualified borrowers, while other housing loans carry promo rates of 4.5% for amounts between P1.8 million and P4.9 million, and 5.75% for loans up to P10 million.
