PropVela is built on a great deal of open source software. Most of it is under permissive licences that ask only for credit in our source code. The components below are under licences that ask us to tell you about them directly, so here they are — what each one does, its licence in full, and where to get its source code.
Downloaded by your device when you use the site. Neither is sent unconditionally: one is fetched only if you upload a HEIC photo, and the other only if you agree to analytics cookies.
Cleans up HTML inside the product-analytics library, so that anything captured from a page cannot carry active content with it.
Licensed under MPL-2.0 OR Apache-2.0, used unmodified. Read the licence · Get the source
Opens HEIC photos — the format iPhones and many Android phones use — so they can be uploaded on browsers that cannot read them natively.
Licensed under LGPL-3.0, used unmodified. Read the licence · Get the source
These run on our own servers or on the machines that build the site. They are never sent to you, and are listed for completeness.
Provides the map position of every Philippine city and municipality, so that when an agent imports photos we can suggest which town they were taken in.
Licensed under CC BY 4.0, used unmodified. Read the licence · Get the source
Resizes uploaded photos and strips their metadata, including the GPS coordinates a camera records.
Licensed under LGPL-3.0-or-later, used unmodified. Read the licence · Get the source
Checks pages for accessibility problems while the code is being written.

Every component above is used as published, with no modifications. If you would like the corresponding source for anything listed here and the link does not work, write to hello@propvela.com and we will send it.
We use essential cookies to make PropVela work. With your permission, we'd also like to use analytics cookies (PostHog, hosted in the EU) to understand how people use the site and improve it — including anonymised session recordings with anything you type hidden. Privacy policy.
