Agent Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms ("Referral Terms") govern PropVela's Agent Referral Program (the "Program") and supplement, rather than replace, our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both of which continue to apply to your use of PropVela. By generating a referral link or QR code, sending a named referral invite, entering a referring agent's PRC license number at signup, or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to these Referral Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to registered PropVela agents in good standing (an active account, not suspended or banned). Every registered agent is automatically enrolled — there is no separate opt-in and nothing to activate. A referral counts only when the referred person signs up as a PropVela agent; the Program does not apply to buyer, renter, or private-seller referrals.

2. How a Referral Is Made

You may refer someone in any of four ways, all tracked to the same referral record:

• Sharing your personal referral link (propvela.com/r/your-code) anywhere you like;
• Sharing the QR code generated from that same link;
• Adding a named referral (name and email) through your dashboard, up to 10 at a time, which sends an invite email on your behalf; or
• Having the person you referred enter your PRC license number directly on the signup form, if they weren't sent a link or QR code.

3. Qualification Requirement

A referral only qualifies for a reward once the referred person, in this order:

1. fully completes agent signup on PropVela, and
2. completes their standard 45-day free trial and activates a paid agent subscription package, and that payment clears — the free trial period does not, by itself, qualify a referral.

The date a referral qualifies ("qualified date") determines when it counts toward your referral count for the purposes of Sections 4 and 5 below. A referral still pending (not yet qualified) when your 12-month cycle resets is forfeited — see Section 4.

4. Referrer Discount — 10% Per Referral, Stacking, Capped at 50%, Resets Every 12 Months

Every qualifying referral adds 10% to your monthly subscription discount for your current 12-month cycle — your first cycle starts on the date your account was created, and a new cycle starts automatically every 12 months after that.

Stacking: each qualifying referral within your current cycle adds another 10%, up to a maximum of 5 referrals in that cycle. Your 1st qualifying referral that cycle brings you to 10% off, your 2nd to 20%, and so on, up to a hard cap of 50% off, reached at your 5th qualifying referral in that cycle.

Resets to zero every 12 months: at the start of each new cycle, your discount percentage resets to 0% — it is not a permanent, lifetime total. It then builds back up from your next qualifying referral in the new cycle, the same way described above.

Referrals forfeited at reset: if you have a referral that has signed up but not yet qualified (not yet on a paid package) when your 12-month cycle resets, that specific referral is permanently forfeited for reward purposes — it will not credit you even if that person goes on to become a paying agent afterward. That person remains a genuine PropVela customer either way; only your reward for having referred them is lost.

No proactive notice is sent when your cycle is about to reset — your current discount percentage and cycle reset date are always visible on your Referrals dashboard.

5. Free Month — 5 Referrals Within a Rolling 6-Month Window

Separately from the 12-month cycle discount above, banking a free month works on its own rolling window: every time you reach 5 qualifying referrals that all qualified within 6 months of each other, your entire next invoice is waived. This is evaluated independently of the 12-month cycle reset in Section 4 and can recur indefinitely for as long as you keep referring, with no expiry on a banked free month once earned.

6. Referred Person's Discount

The person you refer completes the same standard 45-day free trial as any other agent, then receives a 20% discount applied automatically to their first paid month only — not an ongoing discount. This is separate from, and in addition to, your own referrer discount described in Section 4, and is not subject to the 50% cap. Once on a paid package, they can refer others themselves, under this identical Program.

7. Non-Cash Clause

Your referrer discount, the free-month bonus, and the referred person's discount are all non-cash benefits. They are strictly non-redeemable for cash under any circumstance, and cannot be paid out, withdrawn, transferred to a bank account or e-wallet, refunded, sold, or exchanged for any monetary value. They may only reduce what you are charged for your PropVela subscription, as described above.

8. Abuse and Fraud

The Program is intended to reward genuine referrals of real prospective agents. We monitor referral activity for patterns consistent with abuse (for example, an unusually high volume of qualifying referrals relative to typical activity on the platform). Accounts showing such patterns are flagged for manual review by our team rather than automatically blocked or penalized. We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or claw back rewards obtained through fraudulent, fabricated, or self-referred signups, and to suspend an account's participation in the Program pending review.

9. Amendments

We may amend these Referral Terms, the discount percentage, the 50% cap, the 12-month cycle length, the free-month window, or any other aspect of the Program at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; continued participation in the Program after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Discounts already applied to an invoice before a change are not affected retroactively.

10. Program Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. If the Program is terminated, discounts already applied prior to termination are honored, but no further referrals will qualify for new rewards, and no ongoing referrer discount or banked free month will continue to apply, after the termination date.
